35 innocent citizens were taken out from their homes and gunned down, either by India or Pakistan just to score a point in international diplomacy. This site is a question to humanity: Are we living in a civilised society where the governments can kill their own citizens?

ਫੌਜੀ ਬਰਦੀ ‘ਚ ਟੁਕੜੀ ਆਉਦੀ ਹੈ, 35 ਮਜਲੂਮ ਪੇਂਡੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰਾਂ ਤੋ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ, ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭੁੰਨ ਦਿਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਕਾਰਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀਤਾ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਉਹਦਾ ਪੱਖ ਮਜਬੂਤ ਹੋਵੇ। ਇਹ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ 21ਵੀ ਸਦੀ ਦੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਸੁਆਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਅਸੀ ਸਭਿਅੱਕ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਥੇ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਖੁੱਦ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ

WE WANT PROBE INTO CHITTISINGHPORA MASSACRE OF 35 SIKHS  
There is a conflict between India and Pakistan over Kashmir region. Bill Clington, President USA, was scheduled to visit India on March 24, 2000. 35 innocent Sikh villagers of Chittisinghpura, Kashmir were massacred by unidentified gunmen 3 days in advance on March 20. Indian media raised a loud cry that it was the ‘dirty cross border hand (Pakistan)’ that did it while Pakistan media said Indian security forces have themselves killed the civilians. Bill Clington however hinted that killers were Hindu militants. (Unfortunately no part of Indian media reported Clinton’s version). On March 25, however the security forces killed ‘FIVE PEOPLE’ and claimed that they have eliminated foreign mercenary terrorists responsible for Chittisinghpura. The local Muslim population however raised cry that the army had picked innocent local villagers and branded them as foreign mercenaries. They wanted probe into killing of these ‘FIVE PEOPLE’. The locals’ agitation was fired upon by security forces killing 8 agitators. Ultimately the Govt had to surrender to the popular demand and investigation was launched into the killing of ‘FIVE PEOPLE’ . Graves exhumed and DNA tests carried out. The Forces’ story that they killed Pakistanis was found to be fraud and cooked up. CBI enquiry launched and killer officers were identified and now they are in jail. SO THE 5 FIVE MUSLIMS GOT THE JUSTICE AND NOT THE 35 CHITTISINGHPURA SIKHS because no body raised voice for them. The Sikhs are a microscopic minority in Kashmir (only 70,000). However, now after more than 10 years, on November 23, 2009, Farooq Abdullah (The then Chief Minister of Indian Kashmir) has confessed that ‘Some powers (obviously Delhi’s BJP leaders) didn't want Chattisinghpora investigated'. We therefore request the justice loving civilized to support us so that the  Govt of India is requested to immediately order an investigation into this massacre of innocent civilians by CBI or judicial probe by some sitting judge of Supreme Court .  We have also formed a group on Facebook with about 650 members joining in just 12 days of launching of group.

ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਬਿੱਲ ਕਲਿੰਟਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਆਉਣਾ ਸੀ। ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਭਾਵ 20 ਮਾਰਚ ਸੰਨ 2000 ਨੂੰ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਚਿੱਟੀਸਿੰਘਪੁਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਫੌਜ ਦੀ ਬਰਦੀ ਵਿਚ ਲੋਕ ਆਏ ਤੇ 35 ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਿਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭੁੰਨ ਦਿਤਾ। (ਫੋਟੋਆ ਦੇਖੋ) ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਨੇ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਪਾ ਦਿਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਅਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਾ ਹੈ। ਉਂਜ ਬਿੱਲ ਕਲਿੰਟਨ ਨੇ ਓਦੋ ਹੀ ਕਹਿ ਦਿਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਘਿਨਾਊਣੀ ਕਰਤੂਤ ਹੈ। ਬਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਮਨੁਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਜੋ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦਿਤੀਆਂ ਉਨਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਦੀ ਸੂਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਜੈਸੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਹੀ ਘੁੰਮੀ। ਨਵੰਬਰ 2009 ਵਿਚ ਫਾਰੂਖ ਅਬਦੁਲਾ ਨੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋ ਸੰਨ 2000 ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੀ ਓਨੇ ਕਤਲਿਆਮ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਬਾਰਸੂਖ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗਲ ਤੋਂ ਵਰਜ ਦਿਤਾ। ਯਾਦ ਰਹੇ ਓਦੋ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਬੀਜੇਪੀ ਦੀ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਸੀ। ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਫਤੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਫੌਜੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਵੀ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਤੇ। ਇੰਕੁਆਰੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਤੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ। ਕਾਤਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ ਹੋਈ।ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਹੋਏ। ਪਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਤੜਫ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦਸ ਸਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਹੰਝੂ ਸੁੱਕਣ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀ ਆ ਰਹੇ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਦੁੱਖੀ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਖਣਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਲੀਡਰ ਇਸ ਗਲ ਵਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਹੀ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਅਸੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਕੋਲ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਚਿੱਟੀਸਿੰਘਪੁਰਾ ਕਤਲਿਆਮ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਜੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ। ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਸ ਗਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਸੰਘ ਦੇ ਮਨੁਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੋਲ ਚੁੱਕਣ। ਇਸ ਮੰਗ ਲਈ ਫੇਸ ਬੁਕ ਤੇ ਇਕ ਗਰੁਪ ਖੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਵੀਰ ਤੇ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਇਨਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਰਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਗਰੁਪ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ।-
